目前在高岭土需求和销售价格不断升高的情况下,高岭土开采产量却难以提高。本文针对制约高岭土产量的瓶颈问题-开采工艺落后,包括破岩效率差、机械化装运程度低,采场支护落后等难题进行了研究。研究结果表明,采用合理的机械化生产设备,可达到安全高效规模化生产,并可为该矿产生良好的经济效益;该工艺具有创新性,可填补国内地下高岭土矿石机械化开采工艺的空白,为煤系高岭土高效安全开采创造良好的条件。
At present, kaolin demand and sales prices continue to rise circumstances, kaolin mining output is difficult to increase. In this paper, the bottleneck that restricts the output of kaolin is studied, such as the backward mining technology, including the poor rock breaking efficiency, low mechanized shipment, and backward support of stope. The results show that using reasonable mechanized production equipment can achieve safe and efficient large-scale production, and can generate good economic benefits for the mine. The process is innovative and can fill the gaps in mechanized mining of underground kaolin ore in China. Department of kaolin efficient and safe mining to create good conditions.
