目的探讨视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)的检测对视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)视功能评价的可能性。方法对21例RVO患者及23例正常对照组分别进行ERG检测,测a、b波振幅、峰港时和振荡电位振幅。结果 RVO组最大反应 a、 b波振幅较对照组明显下降.峰潜时延长,振荡电位幅值也明显降低,CRVO与BRVO组间有显著差异,说明随病变程度而加重。结论ERG检测可作为判断RVO视功能状态.病变程度及预后的客观重要手段。
Objective To investigate the possibility of retinal vein occlusion (retinal vein occlusion, RVO) detection by detecting electroretinogram (ERG). Methods 21 cases of RVO patients and 23 cases of normal control group were detected by ERG, measured a, b wave amplitude, peak amplitude and oscillation potential amplitude. Results The maximum amplitude of a and b wave in RVO group was significantly lower than that in control group. Peak latency extended, the amplitude of the oscillation potential is also significantly reduced, CRVO and BRVO significant differences between groups, indicating that with the severity of the disease and aggravate. Conclusion The ERG test can be used to judge RVO visual function status. Objective degree of severity and prognosis of the important means.
