我国民营企业人力资源管理存在着一定问题,严重制约我国民营企业的发展壮大。本论文首先分析了其存在相关问题,并为我国民营企业人力资源管理的运行机制的构建提出自己见解。
China’s private enterprises have some problems in human resources management, seriously restricting the development and expansion of China’s private enterprises. This thesis first analyzes its existing problems, and puts forward my own opinions for the construction of operational mechanism of human resource management in private enterprises in our country.
