目前,国内对中职师生幸福感的研究很少,尤其将中职师生幸福感联系在一起研究的更是凤毛麟角。而教师本身的状态是否积极向上、精神是否饱满时刻影响着学生的成长,因此,如何带领学生走出迷茫和失落,培养他们的幸福感,必须成为每个中职教师深入思考的问题。通过对所在城市(深圳)的中职教师和学生进行问卷调查并进行数据分析,以期得到真实的资料,为研究者及中职学校管理者、教师提供借鉴。
At present, there are few studies on the sense of well-being of teachers and students in China. In particular, the study on the happiness of middle school teachers and students is even more rare. However, whether the teacher’s status is positive or not and whether the spirit is full affects the students’ growth at all times. Therefore, how to lead students out of confusion and loss and to cultivate their sense of happiness must be the question that every vocational teacher should think deeply. Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis on the secondary vocational teachers and students in the city (Shenzhen), we hope to get the real data and provide reference for researchers and secondary school school administrators and teachers.
