一直以来,降低成本和提高服务质量都是整个医疗行业的诉求,大型公立医院在市场环境下更需要积极探索实现这一对目标的途径。该目标与“精益管理”的理念不谋而合。北京协和医院保健医疗部作为一个平台科室,为了更好地支持该平台上医疗业务的开展,在重新分割、整合非医疗业务(后勤、保卫、信息、器材)的过程中,成立综合保障办公室,采用“精益管理”模式,减少浪费,通过“流程优化”“持续改进”和“跨部门合作”的工作实践,为医院非医疗业务的精细化管理提供了参考。
All along, reducing costs and improving service quality are the demands of the entire healthcare industry. Large public hospitals also need to actively explore ways to achieve this goal in a market environment. This goal is in line with the philosophy of Lean Management. As a platform department, Peking Union Medical College Health and Medical Department, in order to better support the development of medical services on this platform, set up an integrated guarantee office in the process of re-dividing and integrating non-medical businesses (logistics, security, information and equipment) Adopting “lean management” mode to reduce waste, through the practice of “process optimization ” “continuous improvement ” and “inter-departmental cooperation ”, it provides a reference for the meticulous management of hospital non-medical business.
