Not all employee incentives are accomplished through promotion of positions, and “learning while doing good” and relying entirely on performance improvement are all factors that have to be frustrated in an inefficient system. Promotion of positions plays an important role in selecting talents and motivating employees. However, there are many flaws in the promotion system of positions that many companies now employ, that is, the way in which a leader chooses to promote a higher-level position based on the size of his or her performance. This approach ignores the uniqueness of management in design thinking and sacrifices organizational efficiency. It is based on the following false
