目的:应用大黄酸及大黄建立大鼠泻剂结肠模型,二者进行比较,寻找一种简单、稳定的建立泻剂结肠动物模型的药物.方法:健康3-4周龄Wistar大鼠33只,均分为对照组、大黄组、大黄酸.对照组给予生理盐水灌胃;大黄组给予大黄粉悬液灌胃;大黄酸组给予大黄酸粉悬液灌胃.造模完成后采用活性炭悬液推进法测定大鼠肠道传输功能.结果:大黄组、大黄酸组造模时间分别为136d和114 d;大黄组及大黄酸组大鼠活性炭末推进长度及推进率较对照组明显缩短.大黄酸组造模过程中大鼠稀便稳定,且给药剂量及造模周期同参考文献报道一致.结论:大黄及大黄酸均可成功建立大鼠泻剂结肠模型,但作为单体大黄酸药效更稳定,浓度易于控制,且造模时间相对较短,故作为造模药物,效果优于大黄.
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of cathartic colon using rhein and rhubarb, and to find a simple and stable drug for establishing a model of cathartic colitis.Methods: 33 healthy Wistar rats aged 3-4 weeks, The rats in the rhubarb group were given gavage with rhubarb powder, gavage rhubarb powder group was given gavage, and the suspension of rhubarb powder was given to the rheumatoid arthritis group The rats in Rhubarb group and rhein group had 136 days and 114 days modeling time, respectively. The length and the advancement rate of activated charcoal powder in rhubarb group and rhein group were significantly shorter than those in control group In the process of acid group, the rat stools were stablized, and the dose and the modeling period were consistent with those reported in the references.CONCLUSION: Both rhubarb and rhein can successfully establish the colon cathartic model in rats, Effect more stable, easy to control the concentration, and the modeling time is relatively short, so as a model drug, the effect is better than rhubarb.
