种子类中药入药,一般应先经粉碎,否则会影响其疗效。目前不少基层医药部门对其切制加工不甚重视,为确保临床用药的有效性,我们对三味种子类中药不同切制品进行了煎出物含量比较。1 实验方法 取去皮杏仁、瓜萎仁、决明子各200g(药材由缙云县医药公司提供),将原货和粉碎的1、2、3号粉(按《中国药典》1990版粉碎末细度的规定)各取样品40g,第一次加水700ml,冷浸1h,按一般中药煎煮法加热保持微沸30min,沙布过滤;第二次加水300ml,保持微沸25min,沙布过滤,合并滤液,过滤,取滤液250ml,在水浴上蒸干后,于105℃干燥3h,移置干燥
