在当前企业市场经济竞争中,财务管理是企业可持续发展的一个关键。构建现代企业制度,要把财务管理作为企业管理的中心,提高财务管理水平。本文就现代企业财务预算管理体系的构建基础分析、构建原则与要素以及构建模式等问题进行了分析论述,提出了自己的看法。
In the current market economy competition, financial management is a key to sustainable development of enterprises. To build a modern enterprise system, we must regard financial management as the center of enterprise management and improve the level of financial management. This article analyzes and elaborates the basic construction of the modern enterprise financial budget management system, the principles and elements of its construction and the mode of construction, and puts forward its own views.
