人工培植牛黄生产中,胆囊内接种大肠杆菌是关系到牛黄产量的关键问题之一。为了探讨接种大肠杆菌后胆汁理化性质的变化规律,我们在体外37℃条件下研究了大肠杆菌对牛胆汁理化特性的影响,并观测了所得胆汁沉淀物的急性毒性及其对家兔的降压作用。材料和方法一、实验动物瑞士种小白鼠,雌雄各半,体重15~19克,由山东省中医药研究所提供;哈白兔,雌雄均用,体重1.5~2.0公斤,由山东农业大学实验动物场提供。
Artificial cultivation of bezoar production, the gallbladder inoculation of E. coli is one of the key issues related to the yield of bezoar.
