冠心病患者在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后,血管内膜会因为过度增生而导致血管再狭窄。现阶段研究表明,血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的过度增殖是内膜过度增生导致再狭窄的主要因素之一。文献报道超声波可以通过机械作用、热效应以及空化效应抑制VSMC增殖甚至诱导其凋亡,而联合微泡则能显著降低超声波辐照所需要的能量,从而能够更安全有效地抑制细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡,有望成为临床促进组织修复、抑制细胞增殖的新方法。
