近几年来,各级党委和组织部门认真贯彻执行党的基本路线和干部队伍“四化”方针,不断深化对重实绩用干部的思想认识,坚持把考核干部的实绩放在突出位置,积极探索考核干部实绩的形式和方法,力求准确评价干部的实绩,把实绩突出、群众公认的干部选拔进各级党政领导班子,工作成效比较明显。但是在实际操作中,由于诸多因素具有不确定性,特别是实绩考核的内容和指标体系的设定问题,往往影响实绩考核的准确性。我们认为,要准确考核县市党政领导
