以北京地区主栽油桃品种“红珊瑚”为试材,对其进行采前硼(B)、硒(Se)和硼加硒喷施处理,分析其在(2±1)℃冷藏条件下对“红珊瑚”果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:各处理均能抑制“红珊瑚”贮藏期间硬度、维生素C含量的下降,提高了果实中可溶性固形物含量,并有利于“红珊瑚”果面红色的增加,延缓了果面底色转黄的时间,保持了果实亮度,其中以B+Se处理效果最显著。
The nectarine cultivars “Red Coral” in Beijing were used to study the effects of boron, selenium and boron on selenium in the samples. The results showed that all the treatments could inhibit the decrease of firmness and vitamin C content during storage, increase the content of soluble solids in fruit and increase the red of fruit of “Red Coral” Fruit surface yellow turn time, to maintain the brightness of the fruit, of which B + Se treatment effect most significant.
