目的探讨Bax在胃肠道腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法本课题以经病理证实的胃肠道腺癌组织37例为研究组,以其胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织37例和正常胃肠道黏膜组织37例为对照组。采用链霉素-生物素(S-P)免疫组化技术,测定胃肠道腺癌、正常胃肠道黏膜、淋巴结转移的癌组织中Bax的表达。采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行组间比较。结果胃肠道腺癌、胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织中Bax蛋白阳性表达率均明显高于正常胃肠道粘膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃肠道腺癌组织中Bax蛋白阳性表达率略高于胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Bax在胃肠道腺癌及其淋巴结转移癌的组织中表达水平高于正常胃肠道黏膜,其表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移相关,检测上述标志物有一定的临床及病理意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Bax in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty-seven cases of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology were selected as the study group. The control group consisted of 37 cases of lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and 37 cases of normal gastrointestinal mucosa. The expression of Bax in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma, normal gastrointestinal mucosa and lymph node metastasis was detected by streptavidin-biotin (S-P) immunohistochemistry. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare groups. Results The positive rates of Bax protein in lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal gastrointestinal mucosa (P <0.01). In gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma The positive rate of Bax protein was slightly higher than that in lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of Bax in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and its lymph node metastasis is higher than that in normal gastrointestinal mucosa. The expression level of Bax correlates with the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of the tumor. Pathological significance.
