本文研究了海伦兜兰(Paphiopedilum helenae)的无菌播种与快速繁殖,结果表明:提高海伦兜兰种子萌发率较好的预处理方法是用0.1 mol·L~(-1) KOH处理10min;最适合海伦兜兰种子萌发的培养基为1/4MS+0.1%(m/V)活性炭+60 g·L~(-1)香蕉(Musa nana),种子萌发率达69.4%;最适合丛生芽诱导的培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg·L~(-1) 6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)+2.0 mg·L~(-1)萘乙酸(NAA)+0.1%活性炭+60 g·L~(-1)香蕉;最适合生根壮苗的培养基为MS+60 g·L~(-1)马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)或MS+30 g·L~(-1)香蕉。
In this paper, the aseptic sowing and rapid propagation of Paphiopedilum helenae were studied. The results showed that the pretreatment method to improve the germination rate of Paphiopedilum helennae was 0.1 mol·L -1 KOH treatment for 10 min. The medium suitable for the seed germination of Paphiopedons Helen was 1 / 4MS + 0.1% (m / V) activated charcoal + 60 g · L -1 Musa nana, and the seed germination rate was 69.4% The medium was 1 / 2MS + 0.5 mg · L -1 6-BA +2.0 mg · L -1 NAA + 0.1% Activated carbon +60 g · L -1 banana.
