许多学者认为甲状腺激素似乎不影响神经母细胞的增殖,因为神经母细胞增殖最旺盛的时期在胎儿甲状腺分泌 T_4之前。另一方面,一些学者认为地方性克汀病的神经发育缺陷可能是由于碘缺乏本身所致。本文观察了碘与 T_3对无血清培养的6日龄鸡胚神经母细胞 DNA 合成的影响。结果表明;加碘组的~(3)H-TdR 标记指数与对照组比较无明显差异,T_3组的~(3)H-TdR 标记指数则明显增加,p<0.01。本文认为:T_3可能对鸡胚神经母细胞的 DNA 合成有促进作用。T_3 促进重标记细胞增加的作用机理有待进一步观察
Many scholars believe that thyroid hormones do not seem to affect the proliferation of neuroblasts, because the period of the most proliferating neuroblasts precedes the thyroid secretion of T_4. On the other hand, some scholars believe that the neurodevelopmental defects of endemic cretinism may be due to iodine deficiency itself. In this paper, the effects of iodine and T_3 on DNA synthesis of 6-day-old chick embryo neuroblasts cultured in serum-free medium were observed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in ~ (3) H-TdR labeling index in iodized group compared with that in control group, while ~ (3) H-TdR labeling index in T 3 group was significantly increased, p <0.01. This paper argues that: T_3 may promote chick embryo neuroblast DNA synthesis. T_3 to promote re-marked cell increase the mechanism of action needs further observation
