介绍一种用超声一搅拌技术制备磁性氧化铁粒子的方法,用扫描电子显微镜和图像分析法测得磁性氧化铁粒子大小为2─20nm。探讨了不同NaOH浓度、NaOH的滴加速度、反应温度等因素对磁性氧化铁粒子的大小及饱和磁化强度的影响。用X射线衍射的实验结果证实了磁性氧化铁粒子α-Fe_2O_3。还介绍了用性药物微球的研制方法及其理化性质。
A method for preparing magnetic iron oxide particles by ultrasonic mixing was introduced. The size of the magnetic iron oxide particles was determined to be 2─20 nm by scanning electron microscopy and image analysis. The effects of different NaOH concentration, dropping rate of NaOH and reaction temperature on the size and saturation magnetization of magnetic iron oxide particles were discussed. The experimental results of X-ray diffraction confirmed the magnetic iron oxide particles α-Fe_2O_3. Also introduced the use of drug microspheres development methods and their physical and chemical properties.
