经皮椎体成形术（PVP）是一种治疗骨质疏松症所致椎体压缩性骨折和椎体肿瘤的新方法。本院2005年6月--2008年10月对12例13个椎体行经皮椎体成形术治疗老年患者因外伤或骨质疏松症所致椎体压缩性骨折，疗效显著，报告如下。
