2013年北京市开展的初中教师教学基本功现状调研与问题分析改进的项目,以思想品德学科教师们最关注的“学情分析能力”和“教学设问能力”为主题,采用了“做中学”的课例研究和“做中研”的叙事研究,通过文献梳理与问题发现、教学设计与实施、教学与教研叙事三个研究过程,明确了“学情分析和教学设问”这两项教学基本功存在的问题和提升的策略,总结了与教学和教研实践紧密结合、促进教师专业化成长的研究途径。
In 2013, the basic situation of junior high school teachers teaching in Beijing was investigated and the problem analysis was improved.
