一、问题的提出——新课程改革与德育困境新一轮的教育教学改革自2004年启动实施以来,从首批的宁夏、海南、广东、山东一直到2011年的重庆等省区市,经历了由点到片、再到全面的探索和完善过程。各个学科的教学亦复如是。而德育与其他传统学科教学相比,有其自身的独特性。尤其当前处于改革发展的重要时期,在社会主流意识形态亟需强化、多元价值观念亟待引导的背景下,中学德育内容及其有效性愈加成为新课程改革视域中不可忽视的重要部分。
