目的 研究头风胶囊 (TFJN)对大鼠血中CGRP、ET和His含量的影响及其作用机制。方法 皮下注射硝酸甘油注射剂 ,造成大鼠实验性偏头痛模型 ;给予TFJN治疗后 ,采用放射免疫法和荧光分光光度法测定各实验组大鼠血中降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、内皮素 (ET)和组织胺 (His)的含量变化。结果 头风胶囊高、中、低剂量能非常明显降低大鼠血中CGRP和His的含量 (P <0 0 1 ) ,能明显升高大鼠血中ET的含量 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 头风胶囊能够营养机体有关神经元 ,使亢进的神经元分泌功能受到抑制 ,扩血管物质CGRP和His分泌减少 ,脑血管通透性降低并恢复到正常水平 ,使低下的神经元分泌功能加强 ,缩血管物质ET分泌增加 ;改善血小板聚集功能 ,促使神经元控制的神经传递物质生成增多 ,从而使偏头痛症状得以缓解。
Objective To study the effect of taurine capsule (TFJN) on the content of CGRP, ET and His in rat blood and its mechanism. Methods Subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin injection caused experimental migraine model in rats. After TFJN treatment, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin in rat experimental groups were determined by radioimmunoassay and fluorescence spectrophotometry. Changes in the content of (ET) and histamine (His). Results The high, middle and low doses of Fengfeng capsules can significantly reduce the content of CGRP and His in rat blood (P < 0 01), and significantly increase the content of ET in rat blood (P <0 05). Conclusion Fengfeng capsule can administer nutrition-related neurons, inhibit the secretory function of hyperactive neurons, reduce CGRP and His secretion of vasodilators, decrease the permeability of cerebral blood vessels and return to normal levels, and enhance the secretion of low neurons. The vasodilatory substance ET secretion increased; improve platelet aggregation function, promote neuronal control of neurotransmitter production increased, so that migraine symptoms can be alleviated.
