近年来,水稻黑粉病在全国各地杂交水稻制种田普遍发生,并逐年加重,迅速蔓延。我区政和县1987年秋季配制的威优64组合部分种子,黑粉病粒率高达12~18%,严重地影响了种子质量。如何清除黑粉病粒,我们用精选机进行清除水稻种子黑粉病粒的研究和试验。现将结果总结如下: 一、材料与方法本试验于1987年12月在政和县种子公司进行,采用酒泉衣机厂生产的5XF—1.3A型精选机一台,工人2名。供试种子为该县秋季配制的威优64组合种子。精选机种子流量控制在2.5左右,风力控制在3.6左右。测试项目:①种子精选前后的黑粉病拉率;②种子精选前后的净度、发芽率以及种子精选的损耗率;③耗电量和工本费用。种于检验方法按国家标准局83—03—18发布的《农作物种子检验规程》进行。
In recent years, rice powdery mildew is widespread in hybrid rice farming throughout the country, increasing year by year and rapidly spreading. Seventy-six combinations of Weiyou 64, part of the county government and county in the autumn of 1987, accounted for as much as 12-18% of the grains, which seriously affected the seed quality. Test seeds for the county in the fall prepared Weiyou 64 combination of seeds. Selector machine seed flow control at about 2.5, the wind control at 3.6 or so. Test items: ① black and white before and after the selection of seed pull rate; ② seed selection before and after the clarity, germination rate and seed selection loss rate; ③ power consumption and cost of the cost. Species in the test method according to the National Bureau of Standards released 83-03-18 “crop seed testing procedures”.
