目的 :探讨康正消异颗粒对子宫内膜异位症 (EMT)的镇痛作用。方法 :制作EMT小鼠模型 ,用热刺激、化学刺激、药物诱发疼痛等方法研究镇痛作用。结果 :对正常小鼠及给药 7dEMT小鼠提高醋酸所致痛阈、疼痛抑制率等作用相似 ,对给药2 1dEMT小鼠镇痛作用较强 ,给药 90dEMT小鼠缓解缩宫素诱发的子宫平滑肌痉挛强于正常小鼠。结论 :康正消异颗粒对EMT小鼠镇痛作用强 ,且有明显的时效关系。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule on endometriosis (EMT). Methods: The EMT mouse model was made and the analgesic effect was studied by thermal stimulation, chemical stimulation, and drug induced pain. RESULTS: The effects of acetic acid on the pain threshold and pain inhibition rate were similar in normal mice and 7dEMT-administered mice. The analgesic effect was stronger on 21d EMT mice, and 90dEMT mice were administrated to ease oxytocin-induced Uterine smooth muscle is stronger than normal mice. Conclusion : Kangzheng Xiaoyi Granule has a strong analgesic effect on EMT mice and has a significant time-effect relationship.
