SCB试验由于其试块来源广泛,试验装置简单,成为评价沥青混合料抗裂性能的有效方法,并在欧美国家推广应用。为研究扩展有限元法对SCB试验裂缝扩展分析的有效性,建立三维扩展有限元模型求解不同深度裂缝应力强度因子,并与理论值进行对比分析。通过蠕变试验和SCB试验得到材料的基本参数,采用Abaqus平台建立不同深度裂缝的二维扩展有限元模型,对裂缝扩展过程进行仿真分析,并与实际试验数据进行对比。结果表明:扩展有限元仿真分析结果与试验结果误差较小,是研究SCB试验裂缝扩展的有效方法。
SCB test is widely used in Europe and the United States because of its wide source of test pieces and simple test device, which is an effective method to evaluate the crack resistance of asphalt mixture. In order to study the validity of the extended finite element method for crack propagation in SCB test, a three-dimensional finite element model was established to solve the stress intensity factor of different depth cracks and compared with the theoretical value. Through the creep test and SCB test, the basic parameters of the material are obtained. The Abaqus platform is used to establish the two-dimensional finite element model with different depth cracks. The crack propagation process is simulated and compared with the actual test data. The results show that the error between the extended FEA and the experimental results is small, which is an effective method to study the crack propagation in SCB test.
