高校党建工作是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分,是解决好“培养什么人,如何培养人”这一社会主义教育事业的根本问题的保证,是加快高等教育事业又好又快发展的前提。笔者认为在经济全球化、政治多极化、高新科技迅猛发展的新时期,应该从以下几方面加强高校党建工作:1.以坚定理想信念为核心着力加强思想建设;2.以提高领导水平和执政能力为关键,着力加强领导班子的制度化建设;3.以提高领导水平和执政能力为关键,着力加强高校党的组织建设;4.以自律与他律相结合为重点,着力加强高校党员的作风建设。
