作为社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地之一,工人文化宫是广大职工进行文化活动的重要场所,在现阶段担负着为工人阶级提供多样化综合性服务的职责。工人文化宫在建设之初就明确了“学校和乐园”式的服务宗旨,在社会主义建设发展新时期我们应当更好地将此服务宗旨进行传承。然而,工人文化宫的建设和发展情况不容乐观,存在一些亟待解决的问题。那么,怎样才能更好地搞好工人文化宫建设,更好地发挥其“学校和乐园”的作用呢?这是当前相关工作人员最需要关注的问题。本文针对此问题进行了初步探讨。
As one of the important positions for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, the Workers’ Cultural Palace is an important place for the broad masses of workers and staff to carry out cultural activities. At this stage, it is charged with the responsibility of providing diversified and comprehensive services to the working class. At the very beginning of the construction of the Palace of Culture, the service principle of “school and paradise” was clearly defined. In the new period of socialist construction and development, we should better carry on the purpose of this service. However, the construction and development of the Workers’ Cultural Palace can not be optimistic and there are some problems to be solved urgently. So how can we do a better job in building the Palace of Culture and better play its role of “school and paradise”? This is the issue most concerned by the staff concerned. This article has carried on the preliminary discussion to this question.
