按客户订单组织货源工作,是烟草行业在工商管理体制分开之后,企业推行市场化的又一次深刻变革,是行业适应市场经济体制的客观要求,对于商业企业来讲,意味着真正面向市场,真正按市场经济规律办事,对于客户来讲,是从他们的根本利益出发,寻求客户需求满足最大化的重要步骤。煤田分公司营销管理人员自2009年以来通过几年来的深入探索,研究制定了具有辖区市场特色,符合企业发展实际和零售客户根本利益的《神府煤田烟草分公司客户定量及类别动态管理办法》,《办法》给零售客户定量类别升降搭建了一个能上能下的公平公正平台,同时彻底杜绝营销人员的一些不规范行为,切实让零售客户的卷烟经营能力同定量类别、周定量协调统一,有效解决按客户订单组织货源工作中存在的问题,明显提升了零售客户经营重点品牌及新品牌卷烟的积极性,下面笔者就《办法》的具体内容及操作方法作如下阐述,不妥之处,敬请批评指正。
