目的研究莲Nelumbo nucifera的成熟种子中间绿色胚根(莲心)的化学成分。方法利用反相硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法、中压柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化;通过NMR、MS等鉴定化合物结构。结果从莲子心的乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为对甲氧基苯乙酸(1)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(2)、芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷(3)、柚皮素(4)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(5)、槲皮素-3-甲醚(6)、牡荆素(7)、大波斯菊苷(8)、槲皮素(9)、芹菜素(10)、木犀草素(11)、山柰酚(12)和黄芪苷(13)。结论化合物1~3、5和6为首次从莲属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从莲子心中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the green radicle (lotus root) in the middle of mature seeds of lotus Nelumbo nucifera. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, medium-pressure column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR and MS. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of lotus root and identified as p-methoxyphenylacetic acid (1), quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside (3), naringenin (4), stigmaster-4-en-3-one (5), quercetin- (7), Cosmosin (8), quercetin (9), apigenin (10), luteolin (11), kaempferol (12) and astragaloside (13). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 3, 5 and 6 were isolated from genus Lotus for the first time. Compound 8 was isolated from the lotus seed for the first time.
