玉米是世界上非常重要的粮食作物,其产量受诸多生物胁迫及非生物胁迫的影响。转基因技术是玉米遗传改良的重要途径之一。利用转基因技术把抗逆基因导入玉米优良自交系,并使其后代具有抵抗逆境的能力,减少损害,从而实现高产稳产。本研究通过将抗冷基因ZmRLK在玉米自交系Y423中遗传转化,得到过量表达ZmRLK基因的抗冷玉米新种质。结果表明,以玉米自交系Y423幼胚为受体,经检测获得ZmRLK过表达阳性植株89株;干扰载体获得121株阳性植株;空载体获得31株阳性植株。转基因阳性植株的获得为培育转基因玉米新品种提供帮助。
Corn is a very important food crop in the world and its yield is affected by many biological and abiotic stresses. Transgenic technology is one of the important ways of genetic improvement in maize. Transgenic techniques are used to introduce stress-resistant genes into elite maize inbred lines, and their offspring have the ability to resist adversity and reduce damage so as to achieve high and stable yield. In this study, a new cold resistant maize germplasm over-expressing ZmRLK gene was obtained by genetic transformation of the cold-resistant gene ZmRLK in maize inbred line Y423. The results showed that 89 maize inbred lines Y423 immature embryos were tested positive ZmRLK over-expression of 89 plants; interfering vector obtained 121 positive plants; empty vector obtained 31 positive plants. The obtaining of transgenic positive plants can help to cultivate new varieties of transgenic maize.
