近年来,酒店员工队伍频繁流动的问题已经日益成为制约酒店业持续发展的一大瓶颈,越来越引起酒店行业的高度关注。笔者作为从事高星级酒店十多年的高级管理者,对这一问题进行了较长时间的跟踪研究,希望能为破解酒店员工队伍频繁流动问题找到相对可行的办法。文章认为酒店员工高流动率的原因是多方面的,既有社会原因、也有酒店管理业主方的原因,还有员工自身的原因,文章通过对这些原因的综合分析,提出应对这一问题的综合性措施。
In recent years, the problem of frequent flow of hotel staff has increasingly become a major bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the hotel industry, causing more and more concern to the hotel industry. As a senior manager engaged in high-star hotel for more than 10 years, the author conducted a long-term follow-up study of this issue and hoped to find a relatively feasible solution to the frequent flow of hotel staff.
