Objective: To study the effect of vitamin C on the binding between cefodizime, ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, cefminoxime and human serum albumin (HSA), and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: Fluorescence intensity was measured by fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the type of quenching system, and the binding constant K_A was calculated. Results: The fluorescence quenching of HSA by these cephalosporins belongs to static quenching. In the presence of vitamin C, the binding ability of cefodizime, ceftazidime and HSA did not change significantly; ceftriaxone was enhanced; Cefminz significantly weakened. Conclusion: The combination of cefodizime, ceftazidime and vitamin C has little effect on pharmacokinetics and good stability. Ceftriaxone and cefminox should not be used in combination with vitamin C.
