本文研究工业锅炉燃烧系统自动控制的算法及应用。文中介绍了能克服动力学现象的动态搜索控制算法及一种纯滞后预估PID控制算法在10吨工业蒸汽锅炉上的应用实例。该系统对提高热效率和系统的稳定性有明显效果。
This paper studies the industrial boiler combustion system automatic control algorithm and its application. In this paper, the dynamic search control algorithm that can overcome the dynamics phenomenon and a purely lag prediction PID control algorithm are introduced on the 10-ton industrial steam boiler. The system has obvious effect on improving thermal efficiency and system stability.
