利用水泵汽蚀试验台和涂漆法对具有不同叶片进口角和叶片进口边位置的5种离心泵叶轮进行了系统的汽蚀损伤、汽蚀性能试验,弄清了3%扬程下降点汽蚀状态下叶轮形状、流量、运行时间对叶轮内汽蚀损伤的位置和程度的影响以及叶轮形状与汽蚀性能的关系,并结合叶轮内部流动规律和进口回流的发生对测试结果进行了分析。
The cavitation damage and cavitation performance of five kinds of centrifugal pump impellers with different blade inlet angle and blade inlet edge position were investigated by using pump cavitation test bench and painting method. The cavitation erosion of 3% The influence of impeller shape, flow rate and running time on the position and degree of cavitation damage in impeller and the relationship between the shape of impeller and cavitation performance were analyzed. The test results were analyzed according to the internal flow of impeller and the incidence of inlet backflow.
