在800A 单体石墨铁壳电解槽内以 KCl-YCl_3作电解质,在860℃温度下用 D_k≈6A/cm~2,D_A=1A/cm~2的电解条件进行液态阴极熔盐电解法制取镁-钇合金,具有设备简单,连续作业率高,成本低及便于制备原材料等优点,因而是一个经济合理的生产方法。本文主要介绍制备无水三氯化钇的工艺条件,研究了无水 YCl_3中水分和水不溶物对电解指标的影响以及电解质组成与电流效率的关系。

In this paper, the process conditions of preparation of anhydrous yttrium trichloride were introduced. The effects of water and water insolubles on the electrolysis index and the relationship between electrolyte composition and current efficiency were studied.
