通过对在用注入剖面五参数测井仪器结构分析,找出现有仪器的不足之处并提出相应的仪器结构改进方案。文章分别从新型测井仪器结构设计、关键部位机械设计、仪器测量电路优化设计及现场测井资料分析等方面论证了新型注入剖面五参数测井仪器的可行性。在保证测量效果的前提下,该设计方案不仅实现了同位素固液释放电机的标准化设计,也将仪器长度从原来的3.5米减少到2.5米,大大降低了测试过程中仪器遇阻、遇卡的几率,同时也为井口防喷设备小型化奠定基础。
By analyzing the structure of the five-parameter logging instrument used in the injection profile, we find out the shortcomings of the existing instruments and put forward the corresponding improvement plan of the instrument structure. The article demonstrates the feasibility of the new injection profile five-parameter logging instrument from the aspects of structural design of new type logging equipment, mechanical design of key parts, optimization design of measuring circuit of instruments and on-site logging data analysis. Under the premise of ensuring the measurement results, this design not only realized the standardized design of the isotope solid-liquid release motor, but also reduced the length of the instrument from 3.5 meters to 2.5 meters, greatly reducing the instrument’s resistance and card encounter during the test Chance, but also for wellhead blowout equipment to lay the foundation for miniaturization.
