在ZOOM645S解剖镜下对翘嘴鳜(♀)×斑鳜(♂)人工杂交子一代胚胎发育各个阶段的发育时序和形态特征进行了观察。结果表明:受精卵为漂浮卵,微粘性,卵径1.6~1.8mm。在水温(24±1)℃条件下,受精后1h45min,胚盘隆起;2h30min,进入卵裂期;3h15min,进入桑椹期;4h15min,进入囊胚期;11h,进入原肠期;13h40min,进入神经胚期;14h20min,进入胚孔封闭期;17h20min,进入肌节出现期;20h10min,进入视泡期;25h,进入尾芽期;26h40min,进入肌肉效应期;31h,进入晶体出现期;35h10min,进入心跳期;49h10min,进入眼色素形成期;51h20min,进入血液循环期;59h10min后,开始出膜。整个胚胎发育时序和形态特征偏向于母本翘嘴鳜。
The developmental timing and morphological characteristics of each stage of embryonic development of artificial hybrid F1 generation were observed under the dissection microscope ZOOM645S. The results showed that the fertilized eggs were floating eggs with slight stickiness and egg diameter of 1.6 ~ 1.8mm. The entire embryonic developmental timing and morphological features tend to bias the female parent Alice mouth.
