在重大自然灾害应急响应过程中,救灾组织内部成员间建立正向协同关系十分重要.通过对协作意愿、投机倾向、协作成功概率等因素的分析,建立了团队成员协同关系的演化博弈模型.在对模型系统动力学方程解析求解后,得到了系统均衡的一般条件.对均衡的演进过程,进行了数值模拟,最后是结论.
In the emergency response process of major natural disasters, it is very important to establish a positive synergetic relationship among disaster relief organization members.By analyzing the willingness to cooperate, the speculative tendency and the probability of success of collaboration, the evolutionary game model of synergic relationship among team members is established. After the analytical solution of the model system dynamics equation, the general conditions of the system equilibrium are obtained, and the numerical simulation of the equilibrium evolution process is carried out. Finally, the conclusion is reached.
