采用分层整群抽样方法对阜新农村6 412名高血压成年人进行现场调查及实验室检查。按国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)及美国国家胆固醇教育计划成人治疗组第三次指南(NCEP-ATPⅢ)标准,代谢综合征(MS)患病率分别为36.2%及25.9%,女性高于男性。MS患病率随年龄增加而降低,随血压级别升高而增加。
A stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct field investigation and laboratory tests on 6,412 hypertensive adults in rural Fuxin. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) was 36.2% and 25.9% respectively according to the Third Guideline of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Group (NCEP-ATPIII), with females higher than males. The prevalence of MS decreases with increasing age and increases with increasing blood pressure.
