[目的]观察健脾润肺解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊及住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组25例单纯NP方案,顺铂35mg/m2,1次/d,第1、2d静滴;长春瑞滨25mg/m2,1次/d,第1、8d静滴。治疗组25例健脾润肺解毒汤(黄芪30g,党参20g,生白术、茯苓各15g,北沙参、麦冬、天门冬、百合各20g,白英30g,三叶青20g,半枝莲30g,壁虎3条,甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量改善情况、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解5例,部分缓解10例,稳定8例,进展2例,总有效率60.00%。对照组完全缓解0例,部分缓解7例,稳定12例,进展6例,总有效率28.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾润肺解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Runfei Jiedu Decoction combined with Western medicine in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 50 outpatients and inpatients were divided into two groups by lottery. Control group, 25 patients with simple NP regimen, cisplatin 35mg / m2, 1 times / d, the first two days of intravenous infusion; vinorelbine 25mg / m2, 1 times / d, the first 1,8d intravenous infusion. Treatment group of 25 cases of Jianpi Runfei Jiedu Decoction (Astragalus 30g, Codonopsis 20g, Atractylodes, Poria 15g, Radix, Ophiopogon, Asparagus, lily of the 20g, Baiying 30g, clover 20g, Scutellaria barbata Gecko 3, licorice 10g), 1 / d, decoction 500mL, sooner or later oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 21d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, quality of life improvement, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 5 cases were completely relieved, 10 cases partially relieved, 8 cases stable and 2 cases progress. The total effective rate was 60.00%. Control group, complete remission in 0 cases, partial remission in 7 cases, stable in 12 cases, 6 cases of progress, the total effective rate was 28.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life improvement group than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Jianpi Runfei Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer and is worth promoting.
