我院于1994年3月～1997年6月,用高特灵治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)95例。并用B型超声检测观察,兹报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 资料来源 95例BPH患者,门诊70例,住院25例,年龄62岁～87岁,平均67.3岁。排尿困难史15d～20a,平均4.6a。全部病人均有尿频、夜尿多、不同程度的排尿困难症状。均经肛诊及前列腺液检查。并按国际标准,以前列腺增生症状程度评分。在95例症状中,评为中度症状者29例,重度66例。 1.2 治疗方法 全部患者均用高特灵治疗,第1,2周,口服2mg,q12h。服药卧床休息0.5h。第3周起改为睡前口服2mg。4周～8周为一个疗程。服药期间,所有病人均停服其它治疗前列腺增生和可能影响排尿的药物。 1.3 仪器和检查方法 本文报告的95例患者的疗
Our hospital in March 1994 ~ June 1997, with glitter in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in 95 cases. And with B-type ultrasound test observation, hereby report as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Sources 95 cases of BPH patients, outpatient 70 cases, hospitalized 25 cases, aged 62 to 87 years, mean 67.3 years. History of dysuria 15d ~ 20a, an average of 4.6a. All patients have frequent urination, nocturia, varying degrees of dysuria symptoms. Have been anal examination and prostatic fluid examination. And according to international standards, the degree of benign prostatic hyperplasia score. Of the 95 symptoms, 29 were rated moderate symptoms and 66 were severe. 1.2 Treatment All patients with Gauntling treatment, the first and second weeks, oral 2mg, q12h. Take medicine to rest in bed 0.5h. Week 3 changed to bedtime oral 2mg. 4 weeks to 8 weeks for a course of treatment.
