目的:研究血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa PlA不同基因型在中国汉族人群中的分布情况,探讨PlA多态性与汉族人冠心病的遗传易感性的关系。方法:运用多聚酶链反应和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RVLP)技术,对178例冠心病人及130例健康对照组的血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa plA行多态性分析,结合选择陛冠状动脉造影结果探讨两者的关系。结果:血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa PlA等位基因型在冠心病组均表现为PlA1/A1纯合型;正常对照组PlA的基因型亦表现为PlA1/A1型。结论:本组汉族冠心病人血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa PlA基因型以纯合型PlA1/A1型为主;血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa PlA等位基因型Pl A2/A2可能不是我国汉族人冠心病的致病因子。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of different platelet membrane glycoprotein GPⅢa and PlA genotypes in Chinese Han population and explore the relationship between PlA polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to coronary heart disease in Han nationality. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RVLP) were used to analyze the polymorphism of platelet glycoprotein GPⅢa and pA in 178 patients with coronary heart disease and 130 healthy controls. Select the results of coronary angiography to explore the relationship between the two. Results: Platelet membrane glycoprotein GPⅢa and PlA allele showed homozygous PlA1 / A1 in coronary heart disease group. PlA genotype in normal control group also showed PlA1 / A1 type. Conclusion: Platelet membrane glycoprotein GPⅢa and PlA genotypes are predominantly homozygous PlA1 / A1 in patients with coronary heart disease in Han nationality. Pl A2 / A2 allele of platelet glycoprotein GPⅢa and PlA may not be the cause of coronary heart disease in Chinese Han population factor.
