目的观察狗肝菜多糖对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化的拮抗作用。方法以DMN诱导Wistar大鼠致肝纤维化,观察狗肝菜多糖对大鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和白蛋白(ALB)等指标含量及肝、脾湿重的影响;Masso染色观察肝纤维化(HF)的形成。结果狗肝菜多糖高、低剂量组血清中ALT、AST、TBIL的水平均显著低于模型组,ALB水平高于模型组;给药组大鼠肝、脾湿重较模型组明显降低;肝组织炎症坏死和纤维化病变程度较模型组明显减轻。结论狗肝菜多糖具有抗DMN所致大鼠肝纤维化的作用,其机制可能与保肝降酶有关。
Objective To observe the antagonism of Hepaticus chinensis polysaccharides on rat hepatic fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN). Methods DMN-induced hepatic fibrosis was induced in Wistar rats. The levels of ALT, AST, TBIL and ALB in serum of the rats were observed. , Wet weight of spleen; Masso staining to observe the formation of hepatic fibrosis (HF). Results The levels of serum ALT, AST and TBIL in the high and low dose groups were significantly lower than those in the untreated group and the ALB levels were higher in the model group than those in the untreated group. The wet weight of liver and spleen in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the untreated group Necrosis and fibrosis lesions significantly reduced compared with the model group. Conclusion Hepaticus polysaccharide has anti-DMN-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats, and its mechanism may be related to the protection of the liver and the enzyme.
