以某大型压铸铝油底壳为研究对象,运用有限元分析了零件在加工过程中的受力情况以及变形趋势。在夹具设计初期制定了相应的对策及改善措施,优化了夹具结构,提高了零件的加工精度及工艺稳定性,降低了设计及制造成本。“,”The operational strength and distortion of a large aluminum alloy die-casting oil pan during the machining process was analyzed by FEM.Then the jig design was optimized by adopting countermeas-ures at initial design stages.The results show that FEM can improve the machine precision and stabili-ty,and reduce the cost of jig.
