采用DEFORM-3D软件模拟了齿形链轮温挤压成形过程,分析了挤压温度和速度对链轮成形中温度场和等效应力场的影响,并对挤压温度和速度进行了优化。结果表明,成形过程中齿形区温度分布不均且应力过大,在齿形边缘处易出现应力集中现象;在对比分析后得出最佳的工艺参数为:挤压温度600℃,挤压速度50 mm/s;在此最佳工艺参数下,齿形链轮填充良好,温度分布均匀,表面质量较好,且齿形区成形时应力状态得到改善,在齿形边缘处应力集中现象也得到缓解。
The DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the temperature extrusion process of the toothed sprocket. The influence of extrusion temperature and velocity on the temperature field and equivalent stress field in sprocket formation was analyzed. The extrusion temperature and velocity were optimized. The results show that the temperature distribution in the tooth profile area is uneven and the stress is too large during the forming process, and the stress concentration tends to occur at the edge of the tooth profile.
