为研究脉冲微波辐照对大鼠学习记忆行为的影响,了解脉冲微波对神经行为的作用,以抛物面集束定向发射X频段脉冲微波,在平均功率密度3~5.8W.cm-2区域进行全身急性辐照,采用一次性被动回避实验—跳台法及主动回避实验—穿梭箱行为训练等行为实验进行观察.结果表明微波辐照1h,大鼠穿梭箱主动回避反应(AAR)学习效率较对照显著降低(P<0.01);当大鼠训练至AAR正确率(%)连续3d达80%以上,微波辐照1h,48h后,AAR消退(%)比对照明显加快.有显著性意义(P<0.01),跳台预训练后微波辐照1h,测验期错误次数明显增加(P<0.05),比对照组增加5.5倍.说明脉冲微波导致大鼠学习记忆行为障碍.
To study the effect of pulsed microwave irradiation on learning and memory in rats, the effect of pulsed microwave on neurobehavioral behavior was studied. The X-band pulsed microwave was emitted by parabolic bundles at an average power density of 3 ~ 5.8W. cm-2 region of the whole body acute radiation, passive one-time avoidance test - jumping method and active avoidance test - the behavior of the shuttle box and other behavioral experiments were observed. The results showed that the learning efficiency of active avoidance reaction (AAR) in shuttle compartment was significantly lower than that of control (P <0.01) after 1 h of microwave irradiation. When the correct rate of AAR training (%) was more than 80% Radiation 1h, 48h, AAR regression (%) was significantly faster than the control. (P <0.01). After the platform was pre-trained, the microwave irradiation for 1h, the number of errors during the test period increased significantly (P <0.05), 5.5-fold increase compared with the control group. Pulse microwave induced learning and memory behavior disorder in rats.
