目的采用大鼠高血脂症模型探讨罗勒提取物抗氧化及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法采用高脂乳剂造成高脂血症大鼠模型,给药28d后,腹主动脉采血测定高脂血症成年大鼠血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH-PX)含量同时观察对血流变的影响,并与西药洛伐他汀、中成药血脂康进行比较。结果罗勒提取物能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的全血黏度及MDA,升高SOD、GSH-PX。结论罗勒提取物对高血脂症大鼠具有降低全血黏度,同时提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative effect of basil extract and its effect on hemorheological parameters in rat model of hyperlipidemia. Methods Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by high-fat emulsion. Serum and liver of hyperlipidemia adult rats were collected for determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) Glutathione (GSH-PX) content at the same time observe the impact on blood rheology, and with western lovastatin, Chinese medicine Xuezhikang for comparison. Results basil extract can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and MDA in experimental hyperlipidemic rats, and increase SOD and GSH-PX. Conclusion basil extract on hyperlipidemic rats can reduce the whole blood viscosity, while improving the body’s antioxidant capacity.
