涉农信贷与涉农保险合作是改进农村金融服务的重要举措,通过引入涉农保险机制,可以分散银行业金融机构涉农信贷风险,提高涉农企业与农户贷款的可获得性,进一步改善农村“贷款难”问题。笔者对辖区县域部分银行及保险机构涉农信贷与保险业务情况开展的调查表明,涉农信贷与保险业务的开展已成为化解县域涉农企业与农户贷款难的有效途径,但涉农贷款保险费用成本较高,涉农银保合作产品匮乏等因素制约了涉农信贷与保险合作业务的发展。
