一、引言迅速采纳电沉积涂漆工艺是由于有下述优点:(1)较高的生产率和(2)较好的防腐性。增加防腐性主要是由于电沉积涂漆过程具有能使漆膜涂到高度隐蔽处的能力,如钢管的内表面、箱型结构的隐蔽部位和具有小开口孔穴的其它结构,它们致使被涂物有比较大的内表面积。这种能力叫做泳透力,它与较高的生产率及较好的防腐性有关。正确而合理地估价这种泳透力很重要。本评论叙述了估计及测定电沉积涂漆泳透力的方法。
I. INTRODUCTION The rapid adoption of electrodeposition coating processes is due to the following advantages: (1) higher productivity and (2) better corrosion protection. The increase in corrosion resistance is mainly due to the ability of the electrodeposition coating process to paint the paint film to a highly concealed location, such as the inner surface of the steel tube, the concealed portion of the box structure, and other structures with small open cells that cause the object to be coated A relatively large internal surface area. This ability is called swimming ability, which is related to higher productivity and better corrosion resistance. It is important to properly and reasonably estimate this throwing power. This review describes a method for estimating and measuring the electrodeposition paint wash penetration.
