近年来研究表明,硫化氢与一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化碳(CO)都具有分子小、可以自由通过细胞膜等特点,是一种新型气体信号分子。已有实验证实硫化氢在神经、消化、泌尿、心血管系统均有重要的生理作用。然而,硫化氢与肺动脉高压的研究尚不多见,对于硫化氢在减缓肺动脉高压中的作用知之不多。现就硫化氢在肺动脉高压和肺血管结构重建中的作用的研究趋势予以综述。
In recent years, studies have shown that hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide (NO), carbon monoxide (CO) are small molecules that can freely pass through the cell membrane and other characteristics, is a new type of gas signaling molecules. It has been experimentally confirmed that hydrogen sulfide has important physiological roles in nerves, digestion, urinary and cardiovascular systems. However, the study of hydrogen sulfide and pulmonary hypertension is still rare, little is known about the role of hydrogen sulfide in slowing pulmonary hypertension. Now on the hydrogen sulfide in pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular remodeling in the role of research trends are reviewed.
