为了减少结构材料的腐蚀并验证高温气冷实验堆中的氦净化工艺,在氦气试验回路中设置了氦净化系统并进行了试验。试验结果表明,净化流量为50m3/h的主要由分子筛和深冷活性炭床组成的氦净化系统,能把氦中20000cm3/m3的化学杂质净化至76cm3/m3以下。所采用的氦中痕量杂质分析测量技术也达到10-1cm3/m3精度.本文描述了氦净化系统、主要系统设备和系统运行情况,并给出了主要试验数据。
In order to reduce the corrosion of structural materials and verify the helium purification process in the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor, a helium purification system was set up and tested in the helium test circuit. The test results show that the purifying system is composed of molecular sieve and cryogenic activated carbon purification system with purge flow rate of 50m3 / h, which can purify 20000cm3 / m3 of chemical impurities in helium to less than 76cm3 / m3. The analysis of trace impurities in helium using analytical techniques also reached 10-1cm3 / m3 accuracy. This article describes the helium purification system, the main system equipment and system operation, and gives the main test data.
